About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hit sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective phone sales and in-club sales
  • Influence prospects to change their lifestyle and lead a more active life
  • Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Provide excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and independently when required
  • Sell with integrity and adhere to our DL Values
What You'll Do
  • 70% of your time will be spent on phone sales, inspiring and spreading our DL values to prospective members
  • 30% of your time will be spent showcasing our amazing clubs and influencing prospects' lifestyle changes
  • Work in a dynamic and fun high-paced environment
  • On-board new members to the club at point of sales, ensuring they receive excellent after-care service
  • Take an active lead in your career development and take ownership of your own learning and personal development
