We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collections and Network Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of mail and parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Collections and Network Driver, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collecting mail and parcels from post offices and other designated locations
  • Operating a variety of vehicles, including vans and lorries, to transport mail and parcels
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers receive their mail and parcels on time
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve delivery targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and carry mail and parcels
