Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Inchcape Retail - Part of Group 1 Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Sales and Upselling
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
