Job Description

Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation, is seeking a skilled Project and Contract Manager for an 18-month contract. The successful candidate will work on an annual salary of £45,499, with a hybrid working arrangement requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and develop business requirements for inclusion in contract specifications.
  • Implement and manage contracts, including financial and project monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with the Scottish Public Finance Manual.
  • Promptly collect and sign-off invoices.
  • Project manage the contract cycle to ensure sufficient commercial cover is implemented in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in successful project or change delivery using project management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing contracts effectively and proactively, complying with required policies and procedures.
  • Ability to collate, organise, and analyse information to support the planning and delivery of improvement.
