Audit Manager

Puro Accountancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join their team of accounting professionals. As a key member of the audit team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality advisory work to a diverse range of corporate clients and business owners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage statutory audits, year-end accounts preparation, and ad hoc advisory projects for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with other managers and assistant managers to identify improvements in quality and efficiency, and deliver training to the team as needed.
- Utilize expertise to ensure accounts and audit are delivered in a timely manner, while maintaining effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Support clients and the team with technical accounting matters, including preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with FRS101, FRS102, and FRS102-1A.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within a UK Practice Accountancy firm.
- Proficiency in Excel, Xero, QuickBooks, and other Accounting software.
- Ideal candidate will be qualified, but part-qualified or QBE will be considered.
- Effective communication skills, capable of interacting confidently with clients and colleagues across all levels.
