General Manager Position

Located in a vibrant neighborhood, our pub is a hub for the local community, offering a welcoming atmosphere and a wide range of delicious food and drinks. As our General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and quality, while driving sales and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall operation of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and control stock levels, waste, and inventory, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high food quality and presentation, while controlling costs and improving efficiency.
- Conduct regular employee appraisals and performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to support staff development.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
