Job Summary

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our service users by assisting with bedtime routines, personal care, and completing regular checks throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night
  • Complete light domestic duties in spare time
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a homely and supportive environment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Resilient and composed approach to challenging situations
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Passion for enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and learning disabilities
