Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at one of our services in Taunton. As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, personal care, and completing regular checks throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night
  • Complete light domestic duties in any spare time
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to provide exceptional care and support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support and their families

Requirements

  • Resilient and flexible approach
  • Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support
