Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to lead our creative vision and execution across various client projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a multi-national agency, managing teams of designers, and delivering creative solutions across diverse markets.

This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to integrate client feedback while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts from concept to completion across multiple platforms (print, digital, social media).

• Oversee the creation of visual content and ensure cohesive messaging and visuals.

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to deliver integrated campaigns.

• Guide and mentor a team of designers, providing direction, feedback, and support.

• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains creative integrity.

• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure quality creative output.

• Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to continually improve creative services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design and creative direction, with a proven track record in multi-national agency environments.

• Experience managing design teams and delivering high-quality creative work across global markets.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in the UAE market is preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
