Workday Technical Analyst

About the Role

The Lucas Kennedy Group is seeking a highly skilled Workday Technical Analyst to join our team. As a Workday Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting integrations using Workday Studio Developer, Core connectors, RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Building (EIB), Workday Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, XSLT, and xPath.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Workday Technical Lead on the design, development, configuration, testing, and support of integrations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Workday technical configuration and options relating to integrations and technical elements of Workday.
  • Work with other integration teams, including third parties and other IT teams such as architecture, internal applications, and infrastructure teams.
  • Translate technical requirements to internal and third-party support teams to enable greater understanding.
  • Provide security input into planning for future operating model and act as a point of consultation for the rest of the Workday team to discuss security implications for key changes.
  • Drive consistency and standards across design, development, and support for the technical elements of Workday.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of Workday technical configuration and options relating to integrations and technical elements of Workday. You will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
