Waking Nights Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities and autism.
Our home in Dudley is rated Good in all areas with OFSTED and has an excellent reputation with the local authorities. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment for our children, and we are committed to helping them achieve their full potential.
As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our young people, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and behavioral support. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities and autism
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and behavioral support
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment for our young people
- Experience in residential childcare environment (preferred)
- Level 3 Children's and Young People or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Driver (company provides a car during working hours)
- Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends)
