Job Title: Worldwide Tailormade Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Worldwide Tailormade Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for selling luxury travel products to clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and sell bespoke holidays to clients, including flights, land, adventure, and cruising to destinations such as Egypt, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the Americas, and Europe.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and providing expert advice to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in the travel industry, preferably in a retail travel agency, travel call centre, tour operator, or similar background.
  • Proven track record of success in a targeted sales environment.
  • Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations, adventure travel, or cruise experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to build rapport with clients.
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of GDS travel systems is an advantage, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Self-motivated with a determination to succeed and progress.
