Job Summary

Curtiss-Wright's Defense Solution division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electronic systems and hardware solutions for our aerospace and defense customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development

    Design and develop electronic systems and hardware solutions for aerospace and defense applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Engineering Management

    Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Technical Expertise

    Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring that designs and developments meet the required technical specifications and standards.

  • Collaboration and Communication

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure that engineering solutions meet customer needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Education

    Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience

    At least 5 years of experience in electronic systems design and development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.

  • Skills

    Strong technical skills in electronic systems design and development, with expertise in areas such as analog and digital circuit design, microprocessor and microcontroller systems, and signal processing.

  • Leadership and Management

    Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
