Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs and developing personalized care plans to support their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and contribute to the development of our services through participation in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy, relevant postgraduate qualifications, and HCPC registration. You will also need to have significant relevant post-registration experience, including experience of working with support workers, research experience, and experience of clinical teaching. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in basic Excel and Word and have effective written and spoken communication skills.
