Job Summary:

Tonic Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team in a Residential Care setting for adults with learning disabilities. As a qualified nurse, you will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a real difference to people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin number
  • Experience of working in a Residential Care setting for adults with learning disabilities
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
