This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of adult services that make a real difference in people's lives. As a strategic manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our services and ensuring they meet the needs of our service users.

Within your service(s), you will be responsible for the physical and financial infrastructure that enables the planning and delivery of a responsive service. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to support the operational management of Adult Services and contribute to the development of services within the Worksop area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with internal and external partner organisations, commissioners, and stakeholders to develop services that meet individual, family, and commissioner requirements.
  • Ensuring regular assessment and review of individualised personal behaviour support plans within existing systems.
  • Undertaking data collection, audit, and analysis to support the development and audit of services to meet regulatory and quality assurance processes.
  • Participating in the Adult Service Manager on-call rota and contributing to the development of services that are aspirational for our service users.
