About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Tradesperson to join our team at Vox Network Consultants. As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of building repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work across various trade disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements, from routine reactive repairs to major refurbishment work and planned works.
  • Work to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction, completing works 'Right First Time'.
  • Diagnose building faults and determine the best solution to resolve repair problems, using your skills and judgement.

Requirements:

  • Competent to a high standard in at least two or more trade disciplines, including but not limited to: plumbing, carpentry, wet trades, roofing, floorlaying, and glazing.
  • Extensive experience working in a housing association or council environment.
  • FULL UK driver's license.

What We Offer:

  • An initial 3-6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend.
  • PAYE via Umbrella.
  • A Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm working schedule.
