Aatom Recruitment is seeking a skilled Repairs Planner to join their team on a 3-month contract with potential for extension.


About the Role:

The Repairs Planner will be responsible for managing high-volume responsive repair works orders across a designated geographical area, adhering to right-first-time operating principles.

Scheduling and allocating repairs for a team of tradespersons, managing repairs from allocation to completion, and real-time scheduling and progress updates.

First point of contact for tradespersons to support problem-solving and provide information on completion to update the IT system.

Closing orders and ensuring compliance, working with supervisors to complete jobs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume repair works orders
  • Schedule and allocate repairs for tradespersons
  • Real-time scheduling and progress updates
  • First point of contact for tradespersons
  • Closing orders and ensuring compliance

Requirements:

Experience in repair management and scheduling

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in IT systems and software
