USED CAR SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Basic of £22,000pa + Uncapped Commission - OTE £45,000
Working Hours: 5 days a week on a rota basis, including some weekends. Mon - Fri = 10am - 19:00pm, Saturday = 10am - 18:00pm, Sunday = 10am - 16:00pm.

Our client, a rapidly expanding independent dealership specializing in pre-owned vehicles, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Wolverhampton. This organization prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a diverse inventory of quality used cars to meet various customer needs and budgets.

As a Sales Executive, you will thrive in a bustling environment with high customer traffic, showcasing a range of competitively priced vehicles that have undergone thorough quality checks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers on-site and establish rapport.
  • Identify customer needs and create opportunities for vehicle sales.
  • Facilitate test drives and present vehicle features effectively.
  • Prepare and process financial documentation.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Willingness to learn and develop a rewarding career in vehicle sales.
  • Energetic, confident, and focused.
  • Strong negotiation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening abilities and a motivated, target-driven mindset.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • FCA accredited (post-training).
