About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our luxury spa team at AB Beauty Recruitment. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and providing a range of beauty and wellness treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality beauty and wellness treatments to clients, including bespoke bathing rituals and rejuvenating treatments.
- Provide personalized client journeys and holistic experiences, focusing on wellness and relaxation.
- Work closely with the spa team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and wellness trends and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.
- At least 2 years of experience in a salon or spa, using a recognized product range and retail consultation training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and consultative environment for clients.
- Flexibility to work a rolling rota, including early and late shifts, every other weekend, and bank holidays.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car.

- Hourly pay: £12.00 per hour.
- Commission on retail sales of Tribe517 and Ritual products from treatments.
