We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at a luxurious spa in Leicestershire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and providing bespoke treatments in a unique and holistic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality treatments and consultations to clients
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range and services
  3. Work closely with our team to ensure seamless client experiences
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of £12.00, with opportunities for commission on retail sales and quarterly bonuses. You will also receive free hot and cold meals from the staff canteen and free on-site parking.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy and at least 2 years of experience in a salon or spa environment. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work a rolling rota, including early and late shifts, every other weekend, and bank holidays.
