Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our expanding team at Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating a high number of sales and delivering customer demand by identifying their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and communication skills
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
- Proven track record of generating a high number of sales and delivering customer demand
- Experience within a sales environment/customer-facing role or telesales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident and highly presentable
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 3 years (essential)
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of £16-20k (depending on experience) with on-target earnings of £60,000

Working Hours:
