Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as an Electronics Assembly Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production process by carrying out conventional PCB assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, operating automated test systems, and ensuring the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct conventional PCB assembly and electro-mechanical assembly to meet production requirements.
- Operate automated test systems to ensure product functionality and quality.
- Maintain and inspect own workmanship to meet quality standards and company expectations.
- Follow instructions related to the manufacturing of electronic products and adhere to company procedures.
- Proactively assist the Production Supervisor in addressing issues and improving production efficiency.
- Occasionally engage in heavy lifting as an essential part of the role, handling materials, and assisting in picking and packing of goods.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
