We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team at Sanderson. As an Operational Risk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Assurance workstream across our large-scale transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engagement between the Assurance and Transformation teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective risk management.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments across key deliverables of the transformation to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of risk profiles to stakeholders.

- Proven experience in large-scale change and transformation, with a strong understanding of risk management principles.
