Job Title: Mobile Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Engineer to join our team at Pareto Facilities Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out regular and periodic inspections to maintain the efficiency and safety of M&E installations, including fire safety, firefighting equipment, and security systems.
  • Maintain records and computer-based record management systems to nationally agreed standards, including statutory testing and inspection, technical records, files, diaries, drawings, and reports.
  • Perform maintenance works on M&E services and installations, including electrical systems, heating and hot water installations, fire alarms, and security systems.
  • Ensure works are completed to standard and against budget, meeting key client requirements and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and systems.
  • Previous experience of performing a Building Services Engineer role.
  • Ability to work unsupervised to a high quality.
  • Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
