Principal Licensing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Licensing Officer to join our team at The Oyster Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the licensing process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex licensing applications and cases under the Licensing Act 2003
  • Conduct Committee Hearings and ensure fair and impartial decision-making
  • Cover a range of licensing areas, including Special treatment, Street Trading, and Pavement Licenses
  • Monitor the Enforcement action team and ensure effective compliance
  • Prepare case files and conduct case reviews for Licensing Officers
