Production Operative Role

This is a physically demanding role that requires manual handling and adherence to site policies regarding food hygiene and health and safety.

The successful candidate will work across the production lines within the factory, operating machinery for the processing and filling of milk products, and ensuring a clean and hygienic work station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a variety of machinery to package products and move them into cold storage ready for distribution
  • Working across the production lines within the factory in line with current level of training
  • Adhering to all site policies regarding food hygiene and health and safety

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual handling skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours:

Five shifts per week across Monday - Saturday, with early and late shifts available. Early shift: finish; Late shift: 1400 – finish (Monday - Saturday); 5 shifts over 7 days. Early shift only on a Saturday.

Salary:

£11.57-£12.60
