Job Description:
As a Production Operative with 365 People, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team. Your primary responsibility will be to work on the production line, ensuring the smooth production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Pouring measured amounts of resin-based liquids into moulds
2. Capping filled moulds to achieve proper curing
3. Removing caps from finished moulds
4. Inspecting product quality to the highest standard
5. Trimming completed products and drilling holes
6. Repairing products where required
7. Operating automated machinery to wrap and pack customer-ready goods

Working Conditions:
Rotating shifts will be assigned to provide a fair and varied skillset. You may be required to perform heavy lifting, but the majority of tasks will be completed using machines, with repetitive manual handling involved.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be reliable and have a positive attitude towards work. Previous experience as a Production Operative is preferred, but full training is provided. You will need to pass an on-site induction.

Compensation:
You will be paid £11.44 per hour and receive a £20 afternoon shift allowance per week, as well as a £10 attendance bonus (subject to terms).
