Job RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Registered Care Manager to join our team at Stratford Lodge in Salisbury. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a staff team to deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our young adults with Autism and/or learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic growth and drive the service forward in collaboration with the Head of Care.
- Lead and manage the staff team to fulfill and deliver agreed plans.
- Deliver high-quality care that remains fully compliant with CQC regulatory standards.
- Manage staff, budgets, resources, and reporting.
- Conduct night visits and be a Senior on Call on a rota basis.
- Hold a Level 5 qualification or be willing to work towards achieving this.
- Experience in supporting individuals with Autism and/or learning disabilities.
- Motivated and experienced in managing change.
- Ability to balance a hands-on, practical approach with a creative and innovative style.
Stratford Lodge is a specialist residential care home that provides care and links to education for young adults aged 19 – 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan. Our young adults have a diagnosis of both Autistic Spectrum Disorder, severe learning difficulties, and other associated needs.
