Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for two Substance Misuse Recovery Workers to join our team at Hourglass Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals recovering from substance misuse and addiction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55-65 patients, providing psychosocial interventions and signposting services.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to support individuals in their recovery journey.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide education and support to individuals and their families on substance misuse and addiction.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience working in substance misuse and addiction services.
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial interventions and recovery principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
