Position Summary:In the role of Deputy Manager, your primary duties will encompass assisting the Nursery Manager with daily operations, ensuring that children receive exceptional care and educational experiences, guiding and nurturing the team, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and fostering positive connections with parents and guardians.
Main Duties:- Support the Nursery Manager in the overall management of the nursery.
- Inspire, lead, and assist the nursery team.
- Guarantee compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Create and implement educational programs and activities.
- Uphold health and safety protocols.
- Cultivate relationships with parents, guardians, and the community.
- Efficiently manage administrative responsibilities.
- Level three qualification in Early Years Education.
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity within an early years environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and quality care.
- Current Paediatric First Aid certification.
- Experience in the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Enhanced DBS check and two professional references.
