Home Manager RoleWe are seeking an inspirational leader to join our team as a Home Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care and services to our residents, while also driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the home, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Proven leadership and management experience in a care setting
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
