Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Home Manager within the Barchester family, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to our residents. You will be provided with a clear framework while still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure. We work with an open, honest, supportive approach, where quality of care is at the heart of everything we do.
We are committed to delivering the best possible care to our residents, and we are looking for a Home Manager who shares our values and passion for person-centred care. You will be responsible for leading and managing your team to deliver outstanding care, and you will have the opportunity to develop and implement new initiatives to improve the quality of care in your home.
We offer a competitive rewards package, including a basic salary with bonuses up to 100%, automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, and a range of benefits including a 8% ER Pension Package and career and development pathways.
About YouTo join us as a Home Manager, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will also need excellent organisational and management skills, as well as experience in care home management, marketing, and occupancy.
We are looking for a Home Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and have experience creating strong links within the local community.
