The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Services team as a Microsoft Data Consultant.

As a Microsoft Data Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data solutions to our clients, working closely with our team of experts to design and implement data-driven solutions.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from data engineering to data science, and will be exposed to a breadth of industries and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality data solutions to clients, working closely with our team of experts.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions, using a methodical approach to issue definition and resolution.
  • Collaborate with our Managed Services support desk, handling calls in accordance with our support methodology.
  • Apply a strong understanding of data and analytics concepts, with a keen interest in technology and business issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • A strong academic background with a 2:1 or above in a STEM degree.
  • A proven track record in achieving excellence both academically and outside of work.
  • A keen interest in technology and business issues, with an aptitude to use analytical software or coding.
  • Strong numerical skills, comfortable dealing with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and in person.
  • Committed to delivering an excellent customer service, sometimes in demanding situations.
