About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Night Stock Flow team at B&Q Wednesbury. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the night stock flow process, ensuring efficient stock management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the night stock flow team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and stock accuracy.
  • Develop and implement effective stock management processes to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination during night stock flow operations.
  • Monitor and analyze stock flow data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £9.53, with an additional £2 per hour for shifts between 10pm and 5am.
  • A permanent contract with 30 hours per week.
