Job Title: Care Assistant - Complex Care

We are seeking an experienced and committed Care Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users with complex needs.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a young service user who requires support with their complex and clinical care needs on a 1:1 basis. You will work closely with our team to provide a safe and peaceful environment, promoting a good night's sleep and offering comfort and reassurance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to our service user
  • Monitor and attend to clinical care needs when required
  • Offer comfort and reassurance when needed
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a high-quality care service
Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Tracheostomy Care
  • Children's Experience
  • Pet Friendly
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working with ventilation management
  • Nasal gastric feeding
Working Hours:

We have the following shifts available:

  • Part Time Nights
  • 10pm – 7am
  • 2 Shifts Per Week Between Thursday to Sunday
Pay Rates:

Weeknights: £13.50 (Approx. £121.50 per 9-hour shift)

Weekends: £14.00 (Approx. £126 per 9-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £14.50 (Approx. £130.50 per 9-hour shift)
