About Us: Rowanbrook Care Home is a purpose-built care home providing high-quality specialist care for 59 residents.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team on a bank contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Support residents with their medication and mobility needs.
- Participate in care planning and review meetings to ensure residents' needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including day and night shifts.
- DBS clearance.
