- Record student progress, motivate, and inspire students to achieve targets and develop their skills for progression.
- Reflect on teaching and learning methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Adapt curriculum delivery methods to maximize effectiveness, including technology integration.
- Plan, prepare, and develop effective schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching resources.
- Deliver inspiring sessions across the curriculum using various teaching methods.
- Develop and employ effective assessment activities.
- Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and record learners' progress.
- You will hold an Honours Degree in a relevant subject and have relevant experience teaching 16-18 year-olds up to level 3.
- Holds a L5 Teaching Qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE).
- Relevant highest level vocational qualification or degree in teaching science as a subject.
- Inspire, motivate, and engage the next generation of entrepreneurs.
- Act with honesty and integrity to maintain high standards of ethics and professional standards.
