About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Excelcare Holdings, you will be part of a compassionate and welcoming team providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents at Goldenley Care Home in South Benfleet. Your dedication, reliability, and support will make a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and complete daily record keeping, charts, and care plans.
  • Engage in meaningful activities with our residents and promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 0 hour contract, allowing you to pick up shifts as and when available.
  • 12 hour shifts from 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday.

We're seeking a caring and kind individual with experience in a care environment, either in a care home, as a home care worker, or caring for a loved one. If you have a passion for working with older people and are looking for a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you.
