We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic adult-trained nurse to join our multi-disciplinary Cystic Fibrosis Centre team at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London.
Main Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and evaluate a seamless specialist Cystic Fibrosis nursing service to continuously improve patient care and facilitate multi-professional working.
- Work alongside the Cystic Fibrosis multidisciplinary team to co-ordinate the service for adolescents and adults with Cystic Fibrosis.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care and provide support to the Clinical Nurse Specialists.
- Current 1st level registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Experience in a related specialty, such as respiratory medicine or gastroenterology.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and prioritize clinical workload.
- Ability to work in a creative and innovative way.
- Holder of full UK driving license.
