We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Clinisupplies. This role is pivotal in facilitating the implementation of discharge protocols that assist in the registration of patients for our Home Delivery Service. You will collaborate with NHS Trusts to ensure a seamless transition for patients moving from hospital care to community support. This is an entry-level position, ideal for those looking to embark on a career in medical sales.
The position is field-based, primarily covering the North West/North Cumbria region, which may necessitate occasional overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities
The following outlines the primary responsibilities associated with this role, though it is not an exhaustive list of all tasks you may be required to perform.
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving and surpassing set targets for New Consumer Registrations.
- Providing on-site support for patients transitioning home.
- Educating clinical staff on best practices for safe discharges while managing medical devices.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the transition process between secondary and primary care within the NHS framework.
- Understanding the operations of a Dispensing Appliance Contractor.
- Delivering regular updates on company IT requirements, CRM, calendar management, and monthly reports to the Regional Business Manager.
- Assisting partner Trusts in the provision, promotion, and implementation of discharge products for community use through our delivery service.
- Supporting partner organizations with formulary implementation and product guidance.
- Conducting effective training on discharge packs and appliances for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborating closely with your regional team to support the execution of key projects.
- Building strong relationships with customers and promoting our products and services to both NHS and private healthcare clients.
