Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team at Cats Protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Shop Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the shop.
