* Assist the Shop Manager in achieving sales targets and improving shop profitability
* Manage shop operations, including stock management, cash handling, and customer service
* Act as brand ambassador for Cats Protection, promoting our values and behaviors
* Support the work of Cats Protection, including fundraising and community engagement

Requirements:

* Demonstrable learning and experience from working in a relevant retail environment
* Experience and/or understanding of working to sales targets
* Experience of cash reconciliation and financial controls
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
