**Fantastic Opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director**

QED Legal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or Legal Director to join our Corporate team in Manchester city centre. As a key member of our team, you will work on a broad range of corporate deals with an enterprise value of £5 million and above, particularly in the £5-25 million range.

**About the Role**: As a Senior Associate or Legal Director, you will be responsible for working on a broad range of corporate transactions, including corporate deals, commercial contracts, management buy-ins/outs, joint venture agreements, restructuring, and partnerships. You will work closely with our existing team to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the growth and development of our department.
