Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support Technician to join our team at Labman Automation Ltd. As a Support Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our robotic laboratory products, including the MultiDose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and install MultiDose products at customer sites worldwide.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues with the MultiDose.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, including remote assistance and on-site training.
  • Collaborate with internal production teams and the MultiDose Product Manager to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
  • Document and feedback customer information to improve future product design and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Electromechanical knowledge and experience with hand-tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide, sometimes at short notice.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality support.
