We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Ninewells Hospital. As a key member of our renal care team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients with renal conditions, excluding acute transplantation. Our catchment area covers a population of approximately 450,000, spanning Tayside, Perth and Kinross, and North East Fife.

As a Renal Specialist, you will work closely with our current team of 4 renal specialty trainees and IMTs, rotating through various clinical settings, including the renal ward, dialysis unit, outliers, and clinics. You will also participate in a 1 in 6 on-call rota, covering evenings and weekend days, and contribute to Hospital at Night cover on a limited basis.

To be successful in this role, you must be registered with the General Medical Council and hold a Licence to Practice. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
