Job DetailsRecruitment Coordinator Role at Lakeland Haven

Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for recruitment? Do you have experience in coordinating full recruitment cycles, talent screening, and local recruitment campaigns? We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Lakeland Haven, a leading holiday park in the beautiful Lake District.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the Full Recruitment Cycle: From advertising job vacancies and screening applications to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
  2. Talent Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  3. Local Recruitment Campaigns: Assist in organizing and managing recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, and outreach efforts to attract top talent locally and regionally.
  4. Support New Starters: Help facilitate the onboarding process, including scheduling inductions, and ensuring new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one.
  5. Recruitment Administration: Maintain accurate records, support the People Administrator with administrative tasks, and ensure all recruitment documentation is organized and up to date.

Requirements:
  • Experience of high-volume recruitment in hospitality or retail
  • A flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of a task or project and see through to completion
