Treatment Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Bupa Dental Care Grange Over Sands. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring the smooth running of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patients and provide exceptional support throughout their treatment journey
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks and diary management
  • Record and monitor implant referrals and treatment schedules
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local dental practices
  • Coordinate meetings, educational programs, and open evenings
  • Provide reception duties and ensure a high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • Personable and positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Previous experience in a dental or administrative role
  • Competent in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Dental nursing experience desirable
