Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Direct Sales Team at Aviva. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients.

About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fully advised quotations and policy recommendations to customers
  • Working on inbound and outbound calls, as well as webchat communications
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of insurance products and financial services is an asset
