Join Our Team as a Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Whelans pubs. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pubs, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our pubs.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
